Antonio gained significant experience as construction manager and developer of major projects in Italy and abroad, and developed his expertise further through the financial and technical responsibilities he encountered as managing director. In 2001, founding Europa Risorse, he started his collaboration with international and national real estate investment funds. In 2008 he established Europa Risorse SGR. Antonio Napoleone is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of L’Aquila. He has also lectured for masters degree courses in the Polytechnic of Milan, SDA Bocconi and Luiss Business School in Rome. In 2007, with Europa Risorse, he was honoured at MIPIM as Best Italian developer of the year.

FABRIZIO ANTONINI

EUROPA RISORSE SGR GENERAL MANAGER



Fabrizio began his career in publicly listed industrial companies. In 1998, he became responsible for administrative and financial matters for BPD Property Development Ltd (“BPD”), a company that invested in and developed real estate projects in Eastern Europe, mainly financed by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In 2001 he led its partnership with Europe Risorse, and from 2002 to 2010 held the position of Director of Finance and Administration. During the same period he was a board member of development companies where he was responsible for their financial activities. Since 2008 he has been a board member of Europa Risorse SGR and in 2010 he also became the Manager of Europa Risorse SGR. Fabrizio Antonini has a degree in Political Science from the University of International Economics, Padua.

PASQUALE DEL MASTRO

EUROPA RISORSE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER



Pasquale began his career at Europe Risorse in 2002. From 2002 to 2007 he was site and quality control and construction manager for the Bodio Center and construction manager, developer manager and responsible for technical assistance for Orti Antichi. From 2007 to 2011, he worked as a project manager in the construction of Cavour 220 in Rome, San Giovanni Battista Hospital in Foligno and coordinated the activities of urban development plan in Tarquinia. Since 2007, he has been the project manager of the New Monteluce in Perugia. Since 2010, he has provided techno-economic analysis and due diligence for development projects and the real estate funds managed by Europa Risorse SGR. Pasquale has a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of L’Aquila.
